If a pornstar is consenting/of age/in stable mental condition then wtf is the problem? Why are we shaming women for making money the way they want to/feel necessary to?

I understand it can be awful. But what about the consenting women in it? I don’t think 100% of the women are forced into it. If they are then that’s absolutely disgusting and wrong and illegal and I do not support it.
All porn is rape. If the only reason you are having sex with somebody is because they are paying you the money you need to fucking survive, that is rape. That is coerced sex.
Consent is not possible under coercion.
Why the fuck would you defend an industry that literally only exists to degrade and debase women? Pornographers freely admit this.

Jeeeesuuuuusssssss not all women are doing it just to survive some women got into it for whatever reason they want willingly. Not solely to survive. I totally agree consent is in no way possible under coercion 100%. That is my only point. That’s horrifying but all I’m saying is that some women get into bc they want and they consent to. Not every single porn story is a bad one. There are women in porn who do not have these stories. Therefore I cannot say that the men who direct/produce are at fault IF AND ONLY IF their actresses/actors are fully aware and okay with what the scene/movie entails. That is it. I apologize that I made it seem like you were shaming pornstars because honestly that’s what I thought this post was about when I first read through but I see I was wrong. I can say 100% of women are abused in the porn industry because it is 100% true. It is literally true, because every single one of them is being coerced, since they are all being paid to have sex for a living.

If the only reason you’re doing something is because you need the money, you’re being coerced. Under capitalism, all labor is coerced.
We have a special name for coerced sex. It’s called rape.
You believe in fucking lies. There is no such thing as consensual porn. There is no such thing as “good” or “ethical” porn. It doesn’t exist.

That rape and abuse is a common occurrence and the pornographers rely on this to make money. That raping women under circumstances they know they’ll get away from it is their business model?
Consent can’t be contracted for because consent can be revoked at any time in porn or any part of the sex industry you lose the right to say no. Sex has to have on-going consent and under porn you don’t have on going consent you just do what you are told because under contract they ‘own‘ you.
