Alright, so by your logic, since a lot of black people commit crimes, it’s perfectly ok to say that all blacks are criminal.

I made no mention of race-on-race crime. Black people commit a disproportionate number of crimes in the US. Since generalizations are fine, it would be fine to say that blacks are naturally criminals.
