We had been talking online for 4 months before we went out on a  date.  

The first 3 dates with the state trooper  went well.  The 4th  date was awkward bc we went to a bar with a large group of people.  A female friend of his stated staring me down and physically following and touching me and making me both angered and uncomfortable.  I said I was leaving.  A group ofnhis friends wanted to talk about what happened for 30 mins.  I kept trying to leave.  He said we could go to his house down the block and talk.  We did.  He asked me inside to watch movies.  I said I wasn’t interested  in sex. He said he didn’t mention anything about sex.  Once in the house,  he wanted to break out all of tactical gear to show off his police equipment.  He left his loaded unlocked gun in the table next to the bed.  He asked if we could cuddle.  I agreed bc it seemed sweet.  Next thing I know,  he was all over me,  hands down my pants,  my pants off… I kept telling him I didn’t want to have sex.  He kept moving forward.  He raped me.  I wanted to leave.  Kept babbling about needing to take care of my dog…  My dog…  I needed my dog. He sat me on the couch and showed me a war book with dead bodies in every page…  So I’d know what war looks like. Then He locked me in and wouldn’t let me leave til I slept three hours at his house… Despite my babbling,  shaking and being incoherent and crying.     I set the alarmon my phone and was laying wide awake with my eyes very slightly open so I could keep an eye on him while he slept.  He was spooning me and every time I moved,  he would grip me tighter.  Finally my alarm went off.  I jumped up,  threw on my shoes and he unlocked the door.  

He later admitted he raped me but he didn’t feel it was rape bc I didn’t fight enough and said he likes when girls fight back hard.  Then he told me I should have used the gun to shoot him in self defense.  I have this on recording.  The state will not file charges.  He also gave me an std  and I had a 1700 er  bill…  Which was 7000, but the female doctor  knocked the bill down bc she felt sorry for me.  I found out 4 other girls accused him of rape and the state refuses to bring him to trial bc he is a state trooper.  (now ex state trooper)

This happened a year ago.  I moved.  He found out where I live and showed up at my complex to apologize  to me. There was a girl there who knew what happened (one of his friends)  and she started tweaking  out,  screaming and freaking out on my behalf bc I was frozen.  

Today I got into the elevator,  she was there.  A county cop who is male and lives in our building also got on the elevator.  I started having a panic attack.  She calmed me down.  She doesn’t know her boyfriend sent me dick pics and sex offers for 4 months after I told him this *friend* of his raped me.  I had to block everyone in this group…  It’s mainly ex military  and both current and ex cops/troopers.
