Vidor’s school district was at the job fair I went to. Thanks to tumblr, I knew to avoid them.
Our high school football team had a game in Vidor. Our coaches had to tell the football players to watch out for the black students. As in to keep them safe on the field but not to let black kids go anywhere without several young men around to protect them. That’s how bad this place is known for being.
