1. Sit with you legs apart when it’s comfortable
2. Wear less make up, a little at a time
3. When dressing, try to prioritise practicality over aesthetics
4. Take larger bites of food if you are hungry and want to but otherwise wouldn’t for fear of being immodest
5. Order sides if you are hungry and otherwise wouldn’t for fear of embarrassment
6. Consider prioritising eating breakfast over putting on make up/doing your hair
7. Try to stop asking yourself the question “Am I speaking too much/loudly?” because chances are you aren’t.
8. Consider removing less body hair
9. Consider talking more in class/at work if you can
10. Accept compliments when you receive them.

11. Try to talk more in the company of men, in general
12. Apologise only when the occasion requires it (i.e. not for just any situation where femininity requires you to be submissive/compliant/overly apologetic)
13. Consider wearing loose clothing (esp trousers) more often
14. Try not to question or doubt yourself in front of other people, i.e. don’t say things like “I might have this all wrong but…” or “I’m not sure but.. [opinion]”
15. If people interrupt you, say “I wasn’t finished” and continue with your point
