Have you seen The Handmaid’s Tale? The reason why I ask is that it is a feminist story and most of the writers and directors of the series are women (very rare in modern day Hollywood). It’s very good and shows us the difficulties of being a women, especially during pregnancy, birth of baby, and raising a child. It’s available in Australia through streaming and cable channels. I think you would like this show and its very honest message.

of course, a lot of people these days, regardless of gender or sexuality, have a hard time really confronting the fact that the systemic oppression of women is EXTREMELY real and not even, like, remotely a battle that’s been won, so that might be problem no.1, lol
