Specifically asked for a cellmate that he disliked… Please get these men out of the women’s prison oh my god

Yeah I thought I misread that but then I understood 😦

Can you imagine being held captive in a space where known woman haters were free to constantly sexually harass you? Unthinkable. These women deserve protection from the state, I hope someday they get together and sue.

Staggering rise in women being incarcerated. Particularly in Texas where the above complaint has been filed.

@inflammabilis America leads the world in imprisoning their population. It is an INDUSTRY that overwhelmingly incarcerates the black population. These women in the legal affidavit above are already being punished yet are suffering additional targeted abuse by males self identifying as female. These men are convicted predators and are overwhelmingly sex offenders. Your stance on women prisoners supports the rape and creation of further victims.

“Research shows the unique circumstances of women, including a history of physical or sexual abuse, mental health issues, and substance use disorders, that affect the increasing population rate and pose significant challenges to their post-release reintegration,” said Justice Rebeca Martinez, Texas 4th Court of Appeals.

TCJC’s report substantiates this, including through the results of a survey of more than 430 women incarcerated in Texas prisons.

“The vast majority of women in Texas prisons have extensive trauma histories and most of them are mothers,” said Linder. “Others have faced poverty, as well as trouble accessing housing, employment, and education opportunities, which lead to justice system involvement. It is critical that we help these women address the root causes of their criminality through community supports and services, rather than through incarceration.”

The loss of freedom is the punishment. The rape torture and abuse of incarcerated women is a crime, not a punishment.

Women in prison deserve to be sexually harassed and raped by men who demand to be put in there with them based on nothing but their declared personal feelings. Good to know @inflammabilis

If the people in the prison deserve to be raped and beaten and punished, as per what you said right there, then why are you campaigning for transwomen to be moved into a women’s prison on grounds that in a men’s prison they would be raped and beaten and punished?

If you’re going to present an argument, at least check it first so it doesn’t come back to hit you in the ass if you flip it the other way, dipshit.

Last I checked we had something called the 8th amendment which prohibits cruel and unusual punishment i.e., criminal justice isn’t supposed to include torture and it sure as fuck shouldn’t include rape.

Very, very true. If trans women in prison are in danger due to male inmates, they should be given their own separate cell and be watched over by prison staff should they ask for it when they feel uncomfortable. Same thing in women’s prisons–if a woman feels endangered she should be allowed a separate cell. Rape shouldn’t happen at all, not even in prison.

Oh my, men being predatory men in a woman’s prison??

Whomst’ve would have thunked?
