@liberal feminists
If prostitution is a job then is 16 year old boys asking the girls in their class for blow jobs for cash as much of a job offer as working in Mcdonalds?
are those instagram DMs from old men wanting booty pics for fifty bucks just as valid as a startup offering you the same amount to promo them? would a man approaching you in a cafe because he saw your tits and wanted to fuck them be just as fine as him approaching you because he saw the picture you were drawing and wanted you to illustrate a poster for him? if you get rejected for an office job, it would be just as reasonable for the boss to offer to employ you under his desk as in a different office job he thinks you’re better suited to? is it equally okay to ask an editorial intern to carry a chair or to suck your dick?
would you be ok with your young daughter telling you she wants to be a prostitute or a stripper, just as much as if she said she wanted to be a doctor or a scientist?
If ‘sex work’ is work then shouldn’t you be proud of your daughter if she works in the sex industry?
Shouldn’t we encourage young girls to aspire to being a stripper?
Shouldn’t there be courses and qualifications for being prostitute?
What is wrong with u demented fucks?
@radicallyimpatient comparing mature adult sex work to high school students with little to no adult responsibility, whoring themselves out to each other is a pretty demented comparison to try to make.
PSA: Minors need to prioritize abstinence. This doesn’t mean no dating, no porn, no kissing, no masturbating, etc.
Just
No
SEX (or any cooperative sexual activities)
Minors having sex with each other hardly ever turns out well in the short or long run, if at all. Virgin-shaming is by far one of the most idiotic trends to come out of this country. This has been a PSA.
@spookyterf and @celtyradfem
Is ‘sex work’ work? Yes.
Should I personally be proud of my daughter if she aspired to be a part of the sex industry?
Instinctively, no. And if working in the sex industry was just a guaranteed one-way ticket to getting raped or worse, then it would be definitely no.
Thankfully that isn’t the case at all. Unfortunately, its a simple truth swerfs like you refuse to accept from me, feminists, normal people, sex workers, and statistics.
“Prostitution is not safe and creeps are everywhere, and too much porn is bad for u…” blah blah blah we get that, we’re not denying the bad stuff, but you’re making it into a waaaaaaay bigger monster than what it actually is, believing in a solution that will ruin more lives than it will save.
When there’s another solution that will just save lives.
You’re like the Thanos on the porn debate. Thank god you have the minority opinion 😂
And just because I see sex work as legitimate work doesn’t mean I encourage any woman to take part in it, especially if they don’t want to. I simply advocate for them to have the choice to do so. Mainly because a lot of women want the choice to do so. I just wouldn’t assume so on an individual basis, no matter how she looks, or how she dresses.
Ok, let’s change it to college students then.
If sex work is real work, then a male college student offering $50 to a financially struggling female classmate to blow him is exactly the same as if he offered the same for moving a couch, right?
And if prostitution isn’t dangerous or degrading, why not be proud if your daughter said she wanted to do that?
We’re not making it into a way bigger monster lmao, surveys show 90% of prostitutes wish they could leave the industry and WAY over half get raped at some point. Not my problem if you’re too much of a sociopath to care about that.
