I’m not here to criticize a minor for making decisions in response to the over-sexed culture young girls are growing up in, but to highlight the normalization of pedophilia, as is exhibited on her account.

So to start, it’s important to know that her age is listed all over her page and bio. The men commenting and objectifying her are aware of her age. To a lot of them it seems part of the appeal. Here are a few comments under some of her photos.

So what you get is a collection of adult men, with no self-policing or policing of their peers, objectifying a child. You may think it’s fake, “she’s probably older”. That doesn’t matter. Her age is listed as 15. It is so easy to not comment. But men don’t walk away. They comment, despite her age. Some, because of it. I didn’t include the worst, sexually explicit comments, but here are some of adult men specifically acknowledging her age in a sexual way.

These men aren’t confused about the wrongness of their actions. They are aware they are lusting after a child. They simply don’t care. (Also, the jokes you see below are some of the most likes, but they’re repeated dozens of times on each photo she posts.)

Protect young girls. Let a young woman in your life know that her value is in her actions, her ideas, her strengths, and not in her physical form or desirability. As a child sexual abuse survivor this harms me and other victims and survivors of child sexual abuse. Child sexual abuse victims will be told that their abuser couldn’t help it and that their abuser is a victim. We need to organise against this manufactured movement to normalise pedophilia and propagandise pro pedophilia sentiment. Feminists can band together and fight against this but we need to reach out to others to stop pedophiles dead in their tracks.
