For some odd reason, in third world countries, it is only women who cannot pray on certain days. It is only women and girls who cannot enter their temples for worship while on their period. It is only girls who have to cover up once they they start menstruating. It is only women and girls who are forced to live in huts or have to sleep on the ground and cannot touch anything during their period.
If me saying “women and girls” bothers you more than the reality of millions of these lives, then you have your priorities wrong.
