This is probably a good example of a thought distortion since most people aren’t inherently unlovable, however if you’re strongly concerned about this then maybe you need to focus on developing self-awareness around the qualities you have that drive others away. Hint: many, many people will date a trans person and these qualities have nothing to do with your gender.
